All Sales Are Final

All bookings are non-refundable unless Cancellation Protection is added at the time of booking.

Cancellation Protection

​

If Cancellation Protection is added during checkout:

• A full refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Cancellation Protection applies to all participants within the reservation.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

 

Cancellation Protection must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

Rescheduling

• Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty if changes are made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

• Reservations modified with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

 

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Late arrivals may result in reduced game time to preserve the experience for following bookings.

• No refunds or rescheduling will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

 

Removal for Safety or Conduct

Mysteria Escape Room reserves the right to refuse entry, discontinue a session, or remove participants who do not follow safety instructions, supervision requirements, or conduct guidelines.
No refunds will be issued in these situations.

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

Mysteria Escape Room is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Power outages

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Government orders

• Facility emergencies

In these cases, we may offer rescheduling or alternative accommodations at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment

• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
