Mysteria Escape Room is committed to ensuring our website is accessible and welcoming to all adventurers. We strive to make our digital experience user-friendly for everyone, including individuals with disabilities.If you experience difficulty viewing or navigating any part of our website, or if you notice any content, feature, or functionality that may not be fully accessible, we want to hear from you. What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option]. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also [remove irrelevant information]:

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content 

The accessibility of certain pages on the site depend on contents that do not belong to the organization, and instead belong to Passage Inc.. The following pages use Passage Inc. (booking page) . We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these pages.

Onsite Accessibility

Mysteria Escape Room is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming in-person experience for all guests. We strive to make our facility accessible and to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities whenever possible.

Our onsite accessibility efforts include:

  • Elevator access for those who can’t use stairs

  • Clear pathways and lighting in public areas

  • Staff assistance upon request

  • Handicap parking is available in the adjacent parking garage

Because escape room experiences involve physical movement, enclosed spaces, lighting effects, sound, and puzzles, accessibility may vary by room. We encourage guests to contact us in advance to discuss specific needs, questions, or accommodations so we can help determine the best experience for your group.
